How to apply: Pick up a cluster with the PRO Lash Applicator, dip the base in a thin layer of DUO adhesive, wait 5–10 seconds until tacky, then place it along your lash line. Concentrate the longer clusters at the center of the eye for the signature doll-eye lift.
